1) Contribute to the development of the digital economy in Armenia and Artsakh;

2) Cooperate with state, community, non-state, other international organizations, individuals for the implementation of blockchain, cryptocurrency and tokenization in Armenia and Artsakh, artificial intelligence, digital currency and digital technologies, centralization and decentralization programs;

3) Support and develop education in the fields of blockchain, cryptocurrency and tokenization, artificial intelligence, digital currency and digital technologies, centralization and decentralization;

4) Implement marketing activities in the fields of blockchain, cryptocurrency and tokenization, artificial intelligence, digital currency and digital technologies, centralization and decentralization;

5) Carry out international and local crypto-economic monitoring;

6) Assist digital professionals with work and support new (start up) projects;

7) Legal, technical, methodological guidance in the field of crypto and decentralization in accordance with the law, use of smart contracts, digital constructions in different sectors of the economy

8) Preparation and implementation of blockchain and digital sector proposals for the benefit of the State, large, medium, small business and society;

9) Cooperate with RA and Artsakh state bodies in the field of digital technologies and crypto-economy;

10) To promote the Armenian brand and protect the copyright in the Internet, crypto, decentralization, blockchain and other digital spheres in accordance with the law;

11) Assist banks and financial organizations to enter the decentralization market correctly and safely;

12) Cooperate with state and private public administration and financial organizations of the Republic of Armenia and Artsakh for the security and licensing of the crypto sector;

13) Establish cooperation with other countries and organizations in the field of digital technologies and crypto-economy and Implement joint programs;

14) Cooperate with international decentralization, crypto organizations, stock exchanges, foundations and investors;

15) To support and promote state, non-state and commercial organizations in Armenia and Artsakh to create their own brand and enter the decentralization market;

16) Carry out general analyzes of economic and crypto-economy, decentralized world market.
