CRYPTO DEVELOPMENT ARMENIA (hereinafter “CDA”, “we” or “us”), an NGO in Armenia, may offer and use certain content, features, applications and services (collectively referred to as the “Services”), including: without limitation, access and use of this website (www.cryptoda.tech) and all applications on it.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using or accessing the Services. By accessing or using any of the Services we provide, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We may change these Terms of Service at any time, and such changes will take effect immediately upon posting the amended Terms of Service on this website. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of the revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the revised terms.

Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 13 years old or older;

• do not have the right to use the Services in accordance with applicable law;

• are not located, are not under control, are not a citizen or resident of any country that has been embargoed on goods or services, or are blacklisted

• are not identified as “specially appointed citizens” by the Department of Foreign Assets Control of the Ministry of Finance and are not included in the List of Banned Persons of the Ministry of Commerce;

• either (a) use the Services for personal use only, or (b) use the Services for another organization with the permission of that organization, and you have the right to agree and accept these Terms of Service on behalf of that person. entity; and

• you will comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations when you use the Services.

If you do not meet all of these requirements, you should not access or use the Services.
